Combining design and tradition, this penthouse offers a lifestyle imbued with a genuine sense of serenity. Nestled beneath a series of sloping roofs and boasting an unforgettable panoramic view, this timber-framed building is adorned with spacious carved wooden balconies where the light of an almost white sun casts a delicate lace-like pattern. With glistening snow and velvety wood, this penthouse offers 370 square metres of cosy comfort. Across an entire floor of open-plan living space, sunlight floods the velvet sofas arranged around a carved wooden door that has been transformed into a coffee table. Overlooking the nearby crackling fireplace, the light-wood cathedral ceilings look out onto a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The key word is «comfort», and the master suite fully embodies this, warming the atmosphere with its own fireplace. A private balcony reflects the landscape onto a period bath. Security deposit

This deposit may, where appropriate, be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacements, on the basis of supporting documents duly provided by the owner. No sum will be withheld unless a thorough inspection of the premises has been carried out.

How does booking work?

A deposit of 40 % is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
